CQCON is a mandatory pension fund the objective of which is long-term growth in asset value by investing up to 25% of its assets in equities, equity funds, and equity-equivalent instruments, and the remainder in bonds, money market instruments, deposits, and other assets.

For pension savers with moderate risk tolerance

The fund value grows from the investment of its assets and the return received from those investments, due to which the price of the shares that belong to the participants' increases. The dividends are not paid from the profit of the fund.
