He has served as an analyst at Armenian Development Bank performing macroeconomic analysis and has assumed several roles at the Central Bank such as the head of International Operations Department, head of Financial Operations Department and Senior Advisor to the Chairman.

He then moved into the private financial sector. As Deputy Executive Director of Armswissbank he was responsible for the management and supervision of financial operations during November 2004 and May 2007. In June 2007, he became the head of Microfinance and board member of Absolute Portfolio Management, an affiliated company of the C-QUADRAT Group.

Having been awarded with the only EMBA scholarship in his class of 2009, Mr. Vardanyan has completed the MBA program jointly offered by WU Vienna and the University of Minnesota. Additionally, he has received a PhD in Economics from Yerevan State Institute of Economics, attended postgraduate studies in economics and management at the National Academy of Sciences, and has earned a Diploma in Economics and Finance from the Yerevan Institute of National Economics.

Isabella has started her professional career in 2003 as a specialist in the Internal Audit department of Ardshinbank. She has worked in the subsidiary companies of Cascade Capital Holding during 2005 to 2010 as a credit analyst at Cascade Credit team holding and as the treasurer of the company. Isabella served as a member of Credit Committee and Assets and Liabilities Committee of the holding. In 2008 Ms Adilkhanyan joined Cascade Bank where she was responsible for product development.

From 2010 till November 2015 Isabella has been working in Ameriabank and where she was responsible for the management of operational risk of the Ameria group.

Isabella earned a bachelor’s degree in economics in 2003 and a master’s degree in finance in 2005 both from Yerevan State University. Isabella is a CFA charterholder and a member of CFA institute.

Gagik has a BA in Economics from  the Armenian State University of Economics and an MA in Finance from the Armenian-Russian Slavonic University. In 2013, he defended his thesis on "Liquidity Issues of CommercialBanks in the Republic of Armenia".

Gagik has a CIA qualification and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, as well as acertified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ACCA. Additionally, he is a member of Project Management Institute and a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP).

In February 2015, Gagik received certificate from the Central Bank of Armenia for the position of Head of Internal Audit of a Fund Manager and Foreign Fund Manager Branch (# NFK 053).

From 2011 to 2017 he worked at “VTB Bank (Armenia)” CJSC as a chief specialist of the Financial Markets Operation Division and treasury.

Arman joined C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia in November 2017.

In 2006 Arman received a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Management and Economics of Enterprises in 2008, both from the State Engineering University of Armenia. In 2007 he received an award and was nominated “The best Master’s degree candidate” by the President of the Republic of Armenia.

In 2009 Arman graduated from the School for Young Leaders.

Arman holds an ACI Dealing certificate by the Financial Markets Association and has received the following certificate - “Natural person executing fund management activity in the name of fund management company or serving in its staff” issued by the Central Bank of Armenia.

Since 2002 he has been the Board member of Accountants and Auditors of Armenia (AAAA) and the Chairman of the education and qualification Committee. In 2014 he was elected Vice-Chairman of AAAA. Being the Chairman of the licensing Committee of the RA Ministry of Finance and Economy, he was also involved in the licensing process of audit organizations of the RA.

In 2011-2012 he was the author of the accounting plans and its instructions of implementation of IFRS for SME and other companies in the RA conducting IFRS.

In 1998-2003 he was actively engaged in the accounting and audit sector reforms in the RA as the Head of Accounting and Audit Methodology Department of the RA Ministry of Finance and Economy.
